The H-1B is a non-immigrant visa in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act, section 101(a)(15)(H). It allows U.S. employers to temporarily employ foreign workers in specialty occupations. If a foreign worker in H-1B status quits or is dismissed from the sponsoring employer, the worker must either apply for and be granted a change of status to another non-immigrant status, find another employer (subject to application for adjustment of status and/or change of visa), or leave the U.S. For more information about the H-1B program, please visit USCIS’s official site. Abroad Talents use previous and latest company name lists (companies who have filled H-1B applications for its current and future employee) to identify whether the job post support H-1B or not. We apply this method to job posts from other third parties, such as but not limit to Indeed. Users understand and accept that Abroad Talents are not responsible for any errors or fail to identify whether the job poster support H-1B or not for its listed job post(s).
